Project Manager - commercial, airport tenant improvements

This role leads delivery of ground-up industrial projects, managing budgets, schedules, and teams from preconstruction through closeout. You will partner directly with senior leadership to drive execution across high-value, tilt-wall developments. Client Details A fast-growing, employee-owned design-build firm delivering large-scale industrial and commercial projects across the Southeast. The business is expanding its Tampa presence with a strong pipeline of nine-figure ground-up work and a collaborative, leadership-led culture. Description Lead full project lifecycle for ground-up industrial builds Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relations Oversee preconstruction coordination and cost controls Ensure quality, safety, and on-time project delivery Partner with senior leadership on strategy and execution Profile 5-12 years' experience in commercial construction project management Strong ground-up industrial or tilt-wall project experience Background with reputable GCs (industrial-focused preferred) Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million projects Willingness to travel occasionally for project support Job Offer Salary: $110,000-$145,000 + bonus 10% bonus + ESOP participation 401k with match after 3 months Immediate hire on major, high-value projects MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
