This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Pain Management Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Call and requirements: Procedures include spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections. Act 10 is acceptable.
Supervision vs independent: Independent
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Certifications required: Board certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support
Number of operating rooms: To be determined
License required or accepting IMLC: Active Wisconsin license, Drug Enforcement Administration license
Schedule: 5 days per week (7a-3p)
