Location: Chittenden, Vermont
Compensation: $350,000 $380,000 + Productivity Incentives
She Recruits is actively representing a hospital-employed Otolaryngology opportunity within a well-established regional medical center in Vermont. This position is available due to a pending physician retirement, creating immediate patient demand and strong referral volume.
This is an excellent opportunity for a general ENT seeking a stable, collaborative practice with strong institutional support and access to modern surgical facilities.
Practice Overview- Established ENT service line with immediate patient volume
- Dedicated operating room block time
- Audiology services on-site
- APP support available
- Collegial surgical and primary care referral base
- Shared 1:3 call rotation
- Provide comprehensive otolaryngology services including general ENT procedures
- Evaluate and treat disorders of the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck
- Perform both outpatient and inpatient surgical procedures
- Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and referring providers
- Participate in shared call coverage
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Vermont licensure
