Job Summary

Granger Motors is growing and expanding our team. We're not like most dealerships, and

We're looking for a Chrysler Certified Technician who takes pride in quality work and

knows their craft. This role is critical to maintaining the level of service our customers

expect.

Compensation

Up to $60 per flat rate hour (customer pay)

$75 per flat rate hour (warranty)

Based on certification level and experience

High performers can easily earn $100,000+ per year

Job Type

Full-time

Monday-Friday, No Saturdays

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on CDJR vehicles

Use hand and power tools efficiently and correctly

Maintain high standards for workmanship and accuracy

Capable of heavy lifting as required in shop environment

Write good, detailed warranty stories that support claim approval

Requirements

Must be a Phase 3 CDJR Master Technician

5+ years dealership experience on CDJR vehicles

Strong diagnostic and electrical skills

Solid understanding of automotive systems and repair procedures

Diesel and xibtplm EV certifications preferred, not required

Valid Driver's License
