Dozier Law Firm, LLC is a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a driven Associate Attorney to join our Albany, Georgia office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in personal injury litigation, case management, and trial preparation.
We represent clients in car accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, workers' compensation, and medical malpractice cases. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a personal injury caseload from intake through settlement or trial
Conduct client intake and case evaluations
Investigate claims and gather evidence for car accident and injury cases
Review medical records, bills, and documentation of damages
Calculate damages and develop case strategy
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Negotiate with insurance companies and adjusters
Represent clients in mediations, hearings, and trials
Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
Document case activity in case management software (CMS)
Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants
Move cases efficiently to maximize settlements and client outcomes
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school
Active Georgia Bar License (in good standing)
1+ years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or insurance defense (preferred but not required)
Strong negotiation, litigation, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Experience with case management systems (CMS) is a plus
