Corporate Paralegal

We are assisting a premier independent global entertainment content production and distribution studio with its search for a Corporate Paralegal in the studios West Los Angeles office. Paralegal should have at least 6+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, ideally at a top-tier law firm or in the corporate legal department of an investment firm or operating company and should be able to hit the ground running with maintaining all corporate records, capitalization tables and corporate governance statuses, tracking important legal timelines, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, and supporting the drafting and negotiation of key legal documents. Paralegal will handle the formation, maintenance, foreign registrations and dissolution of entities, including maintaining related structure charts and entity information spreadsheets. Paralegal should be proficient in using legal management tools, databases, and document management systems. A Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred, paralegal certification a plus.
