Job Description: Our client, who is a leading company in the hospitality industry, is looking for an experienced and talented professional to manage the rooms function of their hotel operation.

Role Description The Director of Rooms is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Boston, MA. It is responsible for overseeing all Rooms Division operations, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services. In this role, the Director ensures high standards of guest service, room cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction, while maintaining consistent and high level of brand and quality standards.

Qualifications

At least 5+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience, including Rooms Division management and ideally Housekeeping experience.
Strong focus on Guest Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a track record of enhancing guest experiences and handling escalated concerns effectively.
Previous leadership experience in upscale or luxury properties.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
