Job Description: Job Description Description:Join Our Team as a Communications Coordinator at Boise Centre Boise Centre, Idaho's premier convention center, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to help shape how we tell our story! In this role, you'll collaborate with the Marketing team to promote Boise Centre's events, services, and brand through engaging written, visual, and digital content. As Idaho's largest convention and event venue, we host hundreds of local and national gatherings each year that inspire connection and at $23.30/hr, varies with experience.Note: This is an onsite position in Boise, Idaho with standard hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional flexibility needed based on business needs. What We're Looking For Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field - or a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience. Skills & AbilitiesStrong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and engagement with photography, video editing, and preparing media for digital and print use.Proficiency with content management and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).Exceptional writing, proofreading, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.Professional demeanor with a passion for high-quality, on-brand storytelling.Physical & Work RequirementsInvolves light physical activity, performing non-strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative natureConstantly involves sitting, using hands and fingers, talking and hearingFrequently involves standing and walkingOccasional bending, stooping, kneeling and twistingOccasional reaching and use of ladders, stools, and stairsOccasional lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 poundsExposure to moderate noise levelsOccasionally required to travelOccasionally required to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays Must be willing to work outside of normal business hours, long hours, weekends, evenings, overnights, and holidays Compensation details: 23.3-23.3 Hourly Wage PI897fbe67ea2e-4846
