Bilingual Recruiter

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiter to join our team in Zion, IL. This role is essential in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, experience in talent acquisition, and the use of recruiting tools. As a key member of our team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting processes, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to our company's growth by sourcing qualified candidates efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across multiple levels. Conduct talent sourcing through social media management, cold calling, research, and leveraging various job boards and networks. Engage in campus recruitment efforts and develop relationships with educational institutions to attract entry-level talent. Coordinate employee orientation sessions, employee evaluations, and assist with employee relations initiatives. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies Experience Proven experience in recruiting, for assemblers, general warehouse and office clerical. Demonstrated ability in relationship management, research techniques for sourcing candidates, and leveraging social media platforms for recruitment purposes. Background in sales or lead generation activities is a plus for proactive candidate outreach efforts.
