What Youll Do as the Plant Operations Manager:

Oversee all plant production activities and ensure KPI tracking and attainment

Lead a team of direct reports in Production & Sanitation staff

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in capital projects

Manage recruiting, hiring, and training of production team members

Conduct plant audits and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards

Handle performance management, union activities, and operational analysis

Provide oversight on budgets and contribute to strategic planning.

What Were Looking for in a Plant Operations Manager:

High school diploma required

At least 8 years in food or beverage manufacturing

At least 5 years in management

Experience with aseptic processing preferred

Experience with union relations preferred

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.

Proven ability to hold teams accountable and deliver results.
