We cover for each other in court when needed. This position will give you the unique opportunity to grow your experience and skill set as far and wide as you are able and willing. In due time, you will handle a busy caseload of criminal misdemeanors and, depending on experience, eventually (DOE) felonies, working diligently to maintain the high level of professionalism and client care that PLG has become known for.
Finally, you will be invited and encouraged to actively engage in creating content, and to participate in our marketing and branding efforts.
Our experienced and formidable team of criminal attorneys - including former prosecutors - have more combined experience than any criminal defense firm in the Northwest. This means you will have opportunities to learn and be mentored that simply do not exist anywhere else - and you will be expected to seek out those opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
5 (or more) years of experience handling criminal matters in Washington State's District, Municipal, and Superior Courts.
Bilingual (especially Spanish or Korean) and/or former experience working as a prosecutor are a plus, but not required.
COMPENSATION
This full-time, salaried position is based in our Tacoma office with potential opportunity to work in our Seattle location.
Annual compensation ranges from $90,000 (base) to $150,000 (base+bonus). We offer outstanding benefits:
