Machine Operator - CTD - 1st Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, change overs, etc.) Control and adjust machine settings Inspect with precision and measuring tools Test operation of machine periodically Correct issues that might occur during the shift Maintain activity log Ensure machine is working at full capacity and producing quality product May be placed into job rotation Complete standard work and quality checks Visual check on quality Complete process control sheet Complete 5s Checklist Keep work area clean and organized Work individually or with team members as assigned Always observe safety policies and procedures, including use of required PPE Work individually or with team members as assigned Maintain a clean, organized and positive work environment Work mandatory overtime as needed Other duties as assigned by supervisor
