A leading Louisiana Urology practice with approximately 70% market share is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join its growing team. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, advanced robotic resources, strong APP support, and the autonomy to practice medicine without excessive administrative barriers.
The Opportunity
• Join an established, high-volume Urology practice with a dominant regional presence
• Immediate access to a robust referral network and established patient demand
• Bread-and-butter general urology
• Strong APP support, including assistance with call coverage
• 4.5-day workweek with dedicated clinic and OR time
• Access to 12 Da Vinci robotic systems
• Physician-friendly culture with minimal bureaucracy

Compensation & Benefits
• $600,000 guaranteed base salary
• RVU productivity bonus plus call pay
