Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

• Specialty: o OBGYN • Coverage Needs: o ASAP - Ongoing • Shifts: 24-hour shifts - up to 12 per month ongoing • Call is 24 Hour In-House (can do from local hotel) • Setting: o Labor and Delivery Floor o Will have Midwife on call and additional MD support if needed o Roughly 170 deliveries per month • Procedures: o Must cover all typical OB/GYN procedures o Including unassigned deliveries, o Assisting with c-sections, o Covering OB triage visits in ER department, o Delivery assistance o Must be comfortable with both OB and Gyn procedures/surgeries • EMR: o Hospital uses EPIC • Board Certification: o Board Certified required • Travel: o Prefer drive in candidates if possible o Open to travel if needed • Credentialing timeline: o Can do in under 60 days • Requirements: o ACLS o Maryland DEA o NRP o Maryland License (preferred)
