This is a Two-Site Plant Manager position with a manufacturer of precision components, primarily for the Automotive and Industrial sectors. Client Details My client is a global organization with a large domestic presence, manufacturing various precision metal-fabricated products used in fastening and assembly solutions. With a large focus on the automotive sector, the company has worked hard to maintain and build upon the momentum they established and are looking for a tenured plant operations manager to continue to drive growth, operational efficiency, and manage the site wide P&Ls Description Lead day to day production operations, driving OEE Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949 Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy Profile 7+ years of manufacturing/plant management experience Full P&L responsibility REQUIRED Experience with Presses, or tightly controlled, precision manufacturing Ability to lead cross functional teams Strong Attention to Detail A Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement Ability to communicate with executive leadership on a site and global level Experience with New Product Development and Introduction Automotive background a plus MBA/Advanced degrees a plus Job Offer Salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience 15% bonus target 4 weeks PTO Retirement plan/match Comprehensive health benefits Car mileage reimbursement program Holidays closures MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
