Job Description: Job Description Construction Laborer Construction Laborer Help Restore Homes. Build Your Career. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Construction Laborer and/or Restoration Technician to help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, wind, hail, storms, fire, and mold. This position requires lifting, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. If you enjoy carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and helping people during difficult times, we'd love to have you on our team. Job ResponsibilitiesPerform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring installation, trim, and install/repair doors and windows.Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.Complete demolition and reconstruction projects.Pack, move, and restore customers' belongings.Work closely with supervisors and other skilled trades to complete projects on time.Follow OSHA standards and company safety procedures, keeping Safety Frist in all activities.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. QualificationsConstruction or restoration experience preferred.Experience with carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, or remodeling.Ability to use hand and power tools.Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the day.Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.Valid driver's license.Reliable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic. ScheduleMonday - Friday1st Shift7:00am - 3:30pmOvertime may be available based on project needs.
