Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to process accurate and timely payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP and SAP, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain confidential payroll information. Key Responsibilities: Process weekly, biweekly, or semi-monthly payroll using ADP. Maintain employee payroll records in SAP and ensure data accuracy. Review and reconcile payroll reports, deductions, taxes, and benefits. Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries. Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and company policies. Collaborate with HR and Finance on employee data changes and payroll audits. Qualifications: 2+ years of payroll processing experience. Proficiency with ADP and SAP payroll systems. Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and tax compliance. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
