Construction Laborer

About the Role We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Site Laborer to join a utility-scale solar project in Kentucky. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role on a major renewable energy development, working alongside an experienced and professional construction team. The successful candidate will support daily site operations, help maintain project productivity, and contribute to the safe and efficient delivery of the project. Key Responsibilities Carry out general site laboring duties across the project Move, organise, and manage materials throughout the site Support construction teams to help keep the project on schedule Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Follow all site health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times Requirements Valid Telehandler Licence (essential) Previous experience within construction, civil, utility, or infrastructure projects Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions on a large-scale construction site Strong work ethic with a proactive and dependable approach Excellent teamwork skills and commitment to site safety Project Information Project Type: Utility-Scale Solar Location: Kentucky, USA Contract Length: 3 Months
