You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates to support project planning and decision-making within the construction industry. Based in Cleveland, this role requires precision and a strong understanding of construction processes to ensure successful project outcomes. Description Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment. Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather necessary information. Analyze project risks and provide recommendations to minimize costs and improve efficiency. Participate in bid preparation and submission processes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and market trends. Track project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in all project estimates. Profile Estimating experience with Office, Senior Living, Hospitality, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Education, Retail, or Industrial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
