Job Description: Cross Country Education is seeking dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students in a dynamic school-based setting for the school year. This is an excellent opportunity to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and support staff to develop effective behavioral interventions and create positive learning environments for students.
We are currently hiring 4 BCBAs to provide services across high school and adult transition program settings.
Position Overview
Title: School Based BCBA (4 Openings)
Location: Lawndale CA - ON SITE
Company: Cross Country Education
Student Population: High School
Estimated Start Date: 08/17/26
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am- 3:15pm
Days Per Week: 5 days/week
Hours Per Week: 31.15 - Guaranteed
Compensation: $67 per hr. + Time Off Bonuses
Estimated Annual Salary: $ 77,200 - $80,200+
Contract: renewable year to year based on performance

Responsibilities
Conduct student observations in classroom and school environments
Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
Assist in the development and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Monitor behavioral progress and collect data to support decision-making
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families
Provide behavioral consultation and coaching to educational teams
Deliver professional development and training to teachers and staff in individual, classroom, and group settings
Supporting positive behavior strategies and school-wide behavioral initiatives
Participating in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
Qualifications
Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs
Knowledge of behavior analytic principles and evidence-based interventions
Strong collaboration, communication, and consultation skills
Experience working with school-aged students preferred
Ability to train and support educational staff effectively
Passion for improving student outcomes through positive behavioral supports
