Position Overview
As an Auto Glass Technician , you'll be on the front lines of our mobile repair team, restoring safety and clarity to customer vehicles. You'll handle everything from simple chip repairs to full windshield replacements - all while delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Replace and repair auto glass on various vehicle makes and models
Conduct thorough pre- and post-service inspections with customers
Remove and reinstall interior trim and panels with care
Use calibration tools and scanning equipment to ensure precision
Document all repairs and customer interactions using mobile devices
Maintain a clean work area and properly handle all materials and debris
Travel to customer locations in a company-provided service vehicle
Ensure equipment and tools are in top condition
Collect payments and finalize necessary paperwork
Manage inventory of tools and parts responsibly
Support other duties as assigned by management
What You Bring to the Team
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in auto glass repair and installation
In-depth knowledge of adhesives, tools, and calibration processes
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile setting
Comfortable using mobile technology and repair documentation apps
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
