The Project Manager / Xactimate Estimator is a dual-role position responsible for managing mitigation and construction projects from start to finish while also preparing accurate, detailed cost estimates using Xactimate. The PM/Estimator coordinates with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and CDS leadership, while overseeing project timelines, financials, and performance metrics.
