Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in preparing quotes and proposals.

  • Develop comprehensive work plans and recruit or assign project personnel as necessary.

  • Oversee the preparation of plans and specifications for HVAC solutions in buildings and institutions.

  • Review project proposals to determine timelines, budget constraints, and resource allocation.

  • Coordinate with project staff to assign duties, define responsibilities, and set authority levels.

  • Ensure project compliance with government regulations and coordinate activities as needed.

  • Prepare and manage sub-contractor requests for quotations, including scope, specs, and schedules.

  • Analyze projects, establish schedules, and set procedures to meet system objectives.

  • Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management plans for project contracts.

  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular status updates and reviews.

  • Provide technical advice and problem resolution support to project personnel.

  • Establish and manage fulfillment budgets by revising estimates based on project scope validation.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 6-8+ years of experience in project management, (specifically in the commercial HVAC industry)

  • Experience with design-build or plan-and-spec project management is preferred.

  • Professional Engineering or Project Management certification is prefferred
