Practice Setting and Clinical Scope

Join a dynamic team of two seasoned providers and work alongside two audiologists and a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider. The practice is equipped with a state-of-the-art clinic featuring a procedure room, individual offices, and comprehensive equipment. You'll enjoy the opportunity to practice in an integrated, multi-specialty health system that boasts a robust referral base, enabling you to quickly establish and expand your practice.

Schedule and Assignment Details

Embrace a balanced four-day work week, with three days dedicated to clinic duties and one day in the OR. The clinic call is managed from home and shared evenly between two providers, with physicians responsible for their own patient calls unless another provider is out of town. Weekend coverage is minimal, with a low-volume call schedule of 1:2, allowing for ample personal time. Expect to see 20-25 patients per day, with ample time allocated for both new and follow-up appointments.

Support and Work Environment

Enjoy working in a newly designed clinic space, complete with all necessary modern amenities to ensure efficient and effective patient care. The facility uses the EPIC documentation system/EMR to streamline patient information management. With a strong support network that includes audiologists and an APP, you'll find a collaborative environment that fosters professional development and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Must be Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible, actively working towards certification within three years.
  • Current CO license or willingness to obtain one is required.
  • Clean malpractice record is mandatory.
  • DEA certification must be obtained prior to starting.
  • Additional training in Otology or Laryngology is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must not require visa sponsorship.
