Communicate regularly and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members
Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure files are organized, deadlines are met, and clients are kept informed
Participate in firm meetings and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented culture
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Approximately 7-15 years of litigation experience(range is flexible for strong candidates)
Prior personal injury litigation experience strongly preferred; candidates with strong civil litigation backgrounds and a demonstrated ability to transition into PI will be considered
Demonstrated ability to:
Take and defend depositions with confidence

Experience on the plaintiff side of personal injury (e.g., auto, premises, catastrophic injury)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volumeenvironment
Strong client communication skills and ability to manage expectations throughout the life of a case
Interest in contributing to a diverse, inclusive, and well-balanced team environment
Trial Involvement
The firm has sufficient trial attorneys in-house
This role can be primarily focused on depositions, discovery, and case development
