Position Details
Location: Onsite in Worcester County, MA
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Setting: Middle School Inclusion Classroom
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with general education teachers to plan and deliver inclusive instruction.
Implement accommodations and modifications tailored to individual student needs.
Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages academic growth and positive social interactions.
Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized educational plans.
Collaborate with parents, school staff, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
Qualifications
Valid Massachusetts Special Education Teacher license
Experience supporting students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, preferably at the middle school level
Knowledge of IEP development, accommodations, and special education best practices
Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills
Commitment to inclusive education and student-centered instruction
Ability to work full-time during the school year
