Light Industrial Project Manager

The company is hiring a Project Manager to oversee ground-up and expansion projects throughout the Chicagoland area. This role offers substantial growth potential within a highly stable organization. Client Details Our client is a nationally recognized general contractor with a rapidly growing Midwest industrial division. Projects include distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and logistics developments. Description Manage industrial projects from preconstruction through turnover. Prepare budgets, schedules, and subcontract agreements. Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships. Collaborate with field operations and superintendents. Review project financial performance and forecasting. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance. Profile 5+ years of industrial construction experience. Experience delivering warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects. Strong financial management skills. Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Project. Bachelor's degree preferred.
