Part-Time Youth & Family Instructors The Youth, Teen & Family Department is hiring! We are looking for energetic, caring people to lead our programs. If you love working with kids and making a difference, apply today! Open Positions & Schedules 1. Preschool Classes Instructor

• Who you will work with: Children ages 1 to 5.
• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Available shifts: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. & Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m.

2. Gymnastics Instructor

• Who you will work with: Children ages 3 to 12.
• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Available shift: Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

3. Teen Mentor / Instructor

• Who you will work with: Middle school students in grades 5 through 8.
• Pay rate: $15.00 per hour.
• Available shift: Monday through Thursday from 2:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

What You Will Do

• Lead fun, safe, and positive activities for children and teens.
• Help participants learn new skills and build confidence.
• Supervise groups to ensure everyone stays safe and included.
• Communicate kindly with parents and family members.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Experience working with kids, coaching, or teaching is a big plus.
• Attitude: Reliable, patient, and full of positive energy.
• Skills: Strong communication and basic leadership skills.

If you do not have current clearances the Y will help you obtain them.
