Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support to multiple business units across the organization with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
  • Support ongoing and emerging regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with legal matters related to strategic corporate transactions, including acquisitions and integration activities.
  • Manage and coordinate outside counsel when appropriate.
  • Partner closely with senior legal leadership and provide legal guidance on a broad range of business issues.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
  • Licensed to practice law in New York or eligible to waive into practice (or preparing to sit for the New York Bar Exam).
  • Strong analytical, legal writing, contract drafting, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Three or more years of legal experience; exceptional recent law graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Licensed in Ohio or willing to obtain admission through reciprocity or examination.
  • Participation in law review, moot court, judicial clerkships, journals, or other notable academic achievements.

  • Base salary: $95,000 $115,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
