Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and appointment setting. QUALIFICATIONS: 5 Years of customer service experience Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Your communication skills are top-notch. Attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills. Navigate CRM software and lead tracking systems with ease. Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-service oriented Goal-oriented and ready to achieve stellar results. Self-motivated and strong work ethic High school Diploma or GED Required.
