Description Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for assigned projects. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and vendors. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status. Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: A strong background in construction project management within the business services industry. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on quality and efficiency. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively lead teams and coordinate with stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
