1st shift Material Attendant

Material Attendant - Join a Premier Team! Staffworks is now hiring motivated Material Attendants for a top client. Position Overview: As a Material Attendant, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations by distributing, moving, stocking, shipping, and receiving a variety of parts and equipment. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Follow all material handling and safety procedures Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts Perform stocking duties such as picking, sorting, packing, stacking, loading, and labeling Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions Troubleshoot basic equipment or order issues and escalate when necessary Use hand and power tools as required Communicate effectively with other departments Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S standards Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Previous material handling experience Minimum of 3 months of forklift operation experience Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, mandatory overtime based on business needs (may include Saturdays) Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour You will join us in a temporary role.
