Manufacturing Engineer I - Factory Engineering

Major Duties Maintains a safe work environment Updates the processes and routings for manufactured parts Documents work instructions for manufacturing parts Records data in SAP Supports key departmental and organizational directives Accomplishes quality and organizational mission by performing other duties as needed Communicates easily and effectively with individuals and teams including cross functional teams Supports Continuous Improvement initiatives Maintains 5S (Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) standards Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge High School Diploma or GED with 1 or more years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to read, interpret and understand prints and specifications Ability to perform basic computer functions Additional Competencies Fostering Teamwork Creating Trust Listening to Others Adapting Easily Executing Consistently.
