This role leads the full Quality Assurance function across complex manufacturing operations, ensuring products meet rigorous customer and regulatory standards. You'll drive quality strategy, continuous improvement, and compliance while acting as the key liaison with customers and auditors. Client Details Our client is a highly specialized manufacturing organization operating in a precision-driven, regulated industry. Description Lead, implement, and enhance the Quality Management System aligned to industry standards (AS9100, NADCAP) Set and execute quality strategies that improve operational performance and product excellence Oversee inspection processes across raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods Drive resolution of nonconformances through root cause analysis and corrective actions Partner cross-functionally on new product introduction, ensuring robust quality planning Manage supplier quality performance, including qualification and issue resolution Act as primary contact for customers, auditors, and regulatory bodies Lead audit readiness and maintain required certifications Develop, mentor, and grow a high-performing quality team Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field 10+ years of quality leadership experience within aerospace or high-spec manufacturing Strong expertise in AS9100, NADCAP, and regulated quality environments Proven track record leading teams and implementing quality systems Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven problem-solving methodologies Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities Knowledge of advanced manufacturing or welding processes is highly desirable Relevant certifications (CQE, CQA, Lean/Six Sigma) are a plus Job Offer Significant leadership role with direct impact on company performance High-visibility position interacting with executive leadership and customers Opportunity to shape and evolve a best-in-class quality function Work in a technically advanced, regulated manufacturing environment Strong culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
