This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex labor & employment cases, including wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff litigation, and preventative counseling. Requirements
Licensed attorney with a California bar license
Significant experience (7+ years preferred) in labor & employment litigation and counseling
Demonstrated expertise in wage & hour class actions, single-plaintiff employment cases, and regulatory compliance
Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work collaboratively with partners and clients in a fast-paced environment
