What You'll Do:

• Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest activity, entry points, and harborage areas.

• Create and carry out effective pest-management plans.

• Explain findings and preventive steps clearly and respectfully to customers.

• Complete accurate service reports and communicate recommended follow-up.

• Follow safety and regulatory standards when handling products and equipment.

• Identify additional customer needs and support service and sales goals.

• Continue developing your skills through training and certifications.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM.

• Location: Applicants must live within 25 miles of our Little Rock office.

• Benefits: We cover 100% of employee health and dental premiums, plus vacation, holiday pay, a robust retirement plan, and more.

• Compensation: First-year earnings of $40,000 to $45,000+, including benefits and opportunities for financial growth through company performance; nearly all of our pest technicians earned more than $45k in 2025.

What We're Looking For:

• Reliability, attention to detail, good judgment, and respectful communication.

• Comfort working independently and performing the essential functions of the role, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.

• Two or more years of general work experience; pest-control experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Arkansas registered applicator certification.

• Valid Arkansas driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to pass required pre-employment screenings.

• Commitment to our drug-free and tobacco-free workplace.
