Product Training Specialist

Description: Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs for drone, software, and analytics solutions. Create customer-facing educational content, including presentations, onboarding guides, instructional videos, and product documentation. Translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused training and sales enablement materials. Conduct product demonstrations, customer presentations, and field training to support sales and product adoption. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to develop scalable learning resources. Support new product launches by creating training materials and enablement programs for customers, dealers, and partners. Capture field demonstrations and customer success stories to develop best practices and instructional content. Drive continuous improvement of training programs while supporting customer success and sales effectiveness.
