Light Industrial Project Manager

The firm is looking for a Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity to manage complex developments while growing within a stable organization. Client Details An established general contractor delivering light industrial and logistics projects throughout the Midwest. Known for a collaborative culture and strong client relationships. Description Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts. Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors. Conduct client and ownership meetings. Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders. Monitor project financial performance. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Profile 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience. Prior experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects. Strong financial and scheduling skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
