Heavy Equipment Advanced Telematics Coordinator

The Advanced Telematics Coordinator sits at the intersection of fleet management, data analysis and operations to help keep customers fleets up and running. They use telematic systems to monitor and improve how equipment is used and operated.

Compensation: Base salary + bonus potential + 401k with 6% match + profit-sharing
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Communicates with customers on equipment fault codes
Organizes service calls to perform maintenance and machine repairs
Onboards new customers to the benefits of the telematics portal, troubleshoots portal with existing customer
Sells the customer extended warranty and preventive maintenance packages
Represents company at factory, industry and company events, including meetings and training
Performs all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner
Desired Skills and Experience:
A minimum of two years working experience in fleet operations, logistics, heavy equipment or related field. Previous experience with telematics a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Computer skills required, including all Microsoft Office applications
Background check and pre-employment drug testing required
