Position Overview

Provide primary care coverage in an outpatient clinic setting.

Support preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute episodic visits.

Scope and patient mix are defined by the clinic.

Required Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Active Pennsylvania license.

DEA as required.

Relevant primary care experience aligned to scope of practice.

Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
