Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our primary care team in Temple Terrace, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative outpatient setting providing comprehensive care to patients across the full lifespan.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
• Deliver preventive care, health education, and wellness counseling
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care aligned with Sanitas standards

• Master s Degree in Nursing (FNP) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Active and unrestricted Florida license as an NP or PA
• Active DEA registration (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 2 years of experience in primary care or outpatient setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
