LOCUM CRNA Assignment in Elko, Nevada

- Dates/Schedule: Start ASAC
- 3 weeks On or 2 On/ 2 off
- Monday-Friday (8 hour shifts) when not on-call; weekend call shifts
- Pager Call required? Call Ratio: 1:3 Weeknight as needed and some weekends.
- Case Mix: Cases include: ENT, GI, general surgery, OB, GYN, ophthalmology, oral/maxillofacial, ortho, pain, podiatry, urology, & MRI. No cardiac
- OB - 507 annual deliveries. 61 c-sections; 376 epidurals.
- One CRNA on-call and a back-up call just in case there are any cases outside of OB at night
- # of OR's: 3 Main OR's and 1 OB OR
- Supervision and Ratio: Independent practice. All CRNA model
- Active License: Preferred
- Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
