Manufacturing Engineer - CNC - Rye, NH

The CNC Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and supporting manufacturing processes for complex machined components. This position requires deep expertise in CNC programming, process development, tooling strategies, and continuous improvement within a precision machining environment. Description Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machined components Create, prove out, and refine machining processes independently Design manufacturing plans to maximize efficiency and quality Select tooling, fixtures, and workholding solutions Reduce setup times and improve cycle time performance Troubleshoot machining, tooling, quality, and process issues Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements Support new product introduction and process validation activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout manufacturing Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams Ensure manufacturing processes meet customer and industry requirements Provide technical support for production and operational challenges MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
