Position Summary We are seeking a Building Services Technician II to support facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety at a biomedical manufacturing facility in Exton, PA. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, secure, and compliant work environment while ensuring production areas meet the high standards required for medical device manufacturing. Location: Exton, PA Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Duration: 12-Month Contract Shift: Second Shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM) Schedule: Sunday - Thursday About the Facility This position supports a leading biomedical manufacturing organization specializing in advanced biomaterials and medical device technologies.
