Oversee end-to-end legal billing operations. Ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of client invoices. This leadership role manages billing operations across multiple practice groups and offices, drives process improvements, maintains adherence to client billing guidelines, and supports the firm's revenue cycle management objectives.
